Representing the Orange County Nikkei Coordinating Council as our Miss OCJA. Each year, we look for a candidate between the ages of 19 – 26, who is at least 25% Japanese ancestry, and a well-rounded individual that shows poise, ambition, passion, and especially community service involvement. Our goal is to select an individual who will serve as an inspirational role model for others, as well as a successful representative for the Orange County Japanese American community.
